THE CAPITOL THEATRE
2024
In 2024, we organized 10 volunteer events supporting 10 nonprofits in Westchester and Fairfield Counties. #TheCapCares monthly initiative saw many new faces donating their time together while earning free tickets for events at The Capitol Theatre. Our seasonal focus included supporting gardens and farms in spring, children’s organizations in summer, and food insecurity in fall. Altogether, 168 volunteers contributed a total of 389 hours of service, making a meaningful impact on our community.
KOFI DAY OF SERVICE
September 21 & 22, 2024
In 2024, the 4th Annual Kofi Burbridge Day of Service took place on Kofi’s Birthday Weekend - September 21 and September 22 where music fans, friends, and Tedeschi Trucks Band members volunteered together at local non-profits to honor the musician who passed away in 2019. We organized events at 20 different nonprofits in 20 cities across the country where close to 300 volunteers contributed 748 hours of service.

MUSICARES
We supported the MusiCares nationwide ‘The Day That Music Cares’ where industry professionals come together to make a difference in their community. Members of staff from The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester sorted donated clothes at The Sharing Shelf, Westchester’s clothing bank for children and teens.

KOFI DAY OF SERVICE 2023
In 2023, the 3rd Annual Kofi Burbridge Day of Service took place on November 28, #GivingTuesday where music fans, friends, and Tedeschi Trucks Band members volunteered together at local non-profits to honor the musician who passed away in 2019. We organized events at 15 nonprofits in 15 cities across the country where 230 volunteers contributed 566 hours of service.

THE CAPITOL THEATRE 2023
In 2023, we forged new partnerships with local nonprofits to expand #TheCapCares monthly volunteer initiative, rallying music fans to create positive change in the community while earning free concert tickets for events at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY. Across 11 months, we organized 12 events at 12 different nonprofits, amassing a total of 441 volunteer hours.

FOREST HILLS STADIUM
We created a Jason Mraz fan-volunteer forest and trail restoration day in Queens, NY. Fans removed invasive species and repaired hiking trails while earning a custom tee shirt and tickets for his concert three weeks later at Forest Hills Stadium.

We expanded #TheCapCares volunteer program where music fans come together to make a difference in the community and earn free concert tickets to events at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY. As part of The Capitol Theatre’s re-opening, we launched #TheCapCares, a volunteer rewards program where concert fans come together to make a difference in the community and earn free concert tickets. Over 7 weeks, we organized 18 events and partnered with 11 non-profits.

We activated Rex Foundation’s “Daze of Service,” a nationwide campaign for Grateful Dead fans to volunteer together to celebrate and honor Jerry Garcia as part of their #DazeBetween initiative. Over the 9 days, we organized 11 events in 11 cities.
